40: Last breath

The sky release a bolt. It Nathan midway, he was forced to stop in his tracks. He looked down at his hands petrified by the sudden boost of energy.

He could feel himself shift but unlike his normal shifting, it was peaceful and didn't yarn for vengeance, rather he felt like he had a mission to fulfill before he last breath.

He looked down at could see himself above the grown, instead of admiring his wolf he went for it.

He threw the stake when he got closer to the giant bat who was crushing Nathan's throat.

The stake flew to the vampires eye and pierced!

It was forced to let go, Nathan dropped to the floor where William and Mark run to attend to him.

Everyone look up at the sender of the stake so did the the vampire himself.

Murmurs filled with worry echoed in the whole land, everyone looked at the winged wolf, in black and white fur, with glowing eyes.
