Weeks pass by, Jessica and Jason are spending more time together. Jessica is sitting at her desk at work and reminiscing about the last date she had with Jason. A feeling of guilt comes over her "I wonder how Roger is doing? Jason fires his arrow and it pierces Roger's shoulder. Roger charges with his shoulder into Jason sending him flying over the railing of the fire escape. Jason manages to grab hold of the railing with one hand while holding onto his crossbow. He pulls himself back up onto the fire escape to find Roger laying down on his back with an arrow protruding from his shoulder. The metal from the arrow is burning Roger's flesh, he is so weak that he is unable to get onto his feet.
