Diana's P.O.V.

It was a stormy afternoon, or a cold storny breezy afternoon. Again the news had failed in getting the weather correct. Instead of a sunny afternoon it turned out to be a breezy stormy afternoon. Diana hated how the wind was hitting against her window. She was under her covers in bed and was shivering just hearing the storm outside made her shiver in fear and cold.

Diana was glad that she wasn't at the house by herself. Her mother had gotten stuck at work for the evening because of the storm and she didn't want to risk driving home in it so she was with her step-father who was downstairs and watching the news. That was the last place she had seen him before she came up to her room. The light was off, but her television was on and her favorite program was showing.
