I was still angry with Cindy for ruining my morning as I drove to the restaurant where I was supposed to meet my group mates for the school project. I was glad that I had Matt did something good for once by hosting a meeting because I was not ready to stay in that house with Cindy.

I stopped my car along the road and got out. I spotted my group mates walking into the restaurant and I hurried after them. I walked in and located our table in the back, away from wandering eyes. Matt was already there, I wasn't surprised. With a sigh, I approached the table and greeted them before taking my seat.

"Hi," Bria said to me. "How are you and the baby?"

Matt perked up at the question and I wondered if he didn't already know that I was pregnant.

"You're pregnant?" He asked, glancing down at my stomach.

"Yeah. Almost everyone in our year knows. Besides, we have this party or gifts we plan for the pregnant students in our year," Victor replied.
