- Hannah Mae's POV –

I opened my eyes when I felt the sun rays on my face. I covered my eyes with my hand as I sat up. Mom was opening the curtains of my room. I suddenly groaned and squeezed my eyes when my head ache.

Damn! I almost forgot everything about last night. I remember some but not that detailed. I was at Jacob's place with the intention of getting drunk and moved on from this pain but it turned out that I was almost in trouble. But I can't remember how I got home.

Mom walked to me and sat at the edge of the bed, “How do you feel?”

I looked at my eyes, avoiding her sight, “My head hurts.”

“It’s just a hangover. Just sleep well and it will be gone.” She stated in a low tone.

But it made me feel weird seeing that she wasn't mad at what I did nor gave me a quick lecture. Or she's done with it last night but I didn't remember.
