SAMANTHA’S POV

"Ugghhh" I groaned in pains as I slowly opened my eyes. My head was pounding so hard, and my mouth was so dry. I felt like I was hit by a truck. I tried to sit up, but the dizziness almost made me pass out. I must have had too much to drink last night. I could't even remember how I got home.

Valerie came out of the kitchen, cleaning her hands with a napkin, "Hey, girl, are you okay?" she asked.

I shook my head slowly, "No, my head is killing me," I said, wincing in pain.

"Well I'm not surprised, you were totally knocked out… lightweight, hold on a sec" Valerie teased but I was in too much pain to react.

Valerie went to the kitchen and came back with an ice pack and some painkillers. "Here, take this," she said, handing me the pills and the ice pack.

I took the pills and put the ice pack on my head. "Thanks, Val," I said.

Valerie went to the kitchen again and came back with a glass of warm lime water. "Drink this, it will help with the hangover," she said.
