Aviv's POV
"She didn't lose her baby deliberately. And I say she would have gone there with the thought of losing her baby. She just fell in a trap all because of you," Erik said blaming me for which my blood boiled up."Great now it is my fault," I said throwing my hands up in the air in disbelief.
"Yeah, it is your fault. Who told you to keep secrets from us? You should have at least told one of us about the person you were searching for. But no you choose to act in such a way, instead.”
Ella’s POVI kept on running until my feet began to hurt. I had no idea where I was going and what was I supposed to do. As I plonked on the bench and started to cry out loud it began to rain. The rain which had so many memories of Aviv and I was now there to witness another one. One after another Aviv’s words echoed in my head. He was clear that I was not supposed to stand in front of him until I get our baby back.
Ella’s POVI lied on the bed absently staring at the ceiling wondering what might I have done in my previous life that I was been punished every time. Since the very beginning, I was the one to suffer and my sufferings never came to end not even after being a mother.I wanted to hug my baby just for once but that is not possible at all. Aviv’s POVI opened my eyes and blinked twice before closing it back. Sudden thought of Ella struck my head which made me got up hastily. I looked around and found no one around. I got down from the bed and calling out for Ella strolled out of the room.“Ella…Ella… where are you?” I called out glancing in the hallway.“Aviv, you are awake,” Erik said rushing towards me.
Ella’s POVMy heart began to pound out loud and my body began to tremble. I glanced at the door absently not knowing if I should open the door or not.Once again the knock on the door came. I slowly stood on my feet and walked towards the door. With my trembling hand I slowly opened the door a little and peeping outside I inquired, “who is it?”“House-keeping, ma’am…” a female voice came in.
Ella’s POVAfter losing the hope of getting back to my family, I dialed Mary’s number. She answered the call after two rings.“Um! Hello Mary, is baby home?” I questioned hastily.“Hello, Ella, is that you?” she questioned in an astonished voice.“Yeah, just
Aviv’s POVI fall on my knees feeling weak “no…. no… this is not possible. How can she..?”“Who brought the baby home?” I asked glancing at Mary.“This afternoon when I was busy in the kitchen, I heard the doorbell. As I opened the door the baby was left by someone on a pram, along with the note and phone” replied Mary.
Aviv’s POV“What am I going to tell Ella? How will I explain this to her? I was supposed to protect our child but I failed. Not just child I was supposed to save my family, Erik and Mary they were my family. Now they are gone, Ella is also gone how am I going to survive?”I watched my home falling into ash, in which the ash of my family was also mixed. I wanted to catch those ash and keep it with me. I stood on my feet and tried to collect the ashes on my hands but no matter how hard I tried to catch, I was not able to collect any of them.
Aviv’s POVAll this time I trusted both Ella and Erik. I didn't know they would this easily forgive the one who did so wrong to her. How can she be this easy-going?As I was lost in thought, I heard the door opening and someone walking inside. I closed my heart and gulped hard.Trying best to not vent my anger on anyone, I said, “I don’t want to hear anything, Erik. You better leave yourself or else I will not regret chasing you away.”
