Ria’s POV

I thought Sidd was going to call and apologize to me but he never did. I waited all night long. Catching some z’s, the anger still didn’t subdue. I had to call his mother, ma’am Damini to report him.

“Good morning, Aunty,” I greeted, sounding sobby.

“Hey, baby, what happened to you?” she asked over the phone. She was my mother’s friend. She adores me. It was through her I got into a relationship with Sidd. At first, he was a hard nut to crack, but when his mother interfered and made it a necessity for us to get into a relationship, he had no choice. Since then, our love has grown deeply. And I can’t ever watch another woman take Sidd away from me.
