Logan POV

"What If I say you shouldn't go anywhere!"

"Please it's important that I'm there," I said impatiently.

"My granny lives alone " I quickly added and she sighed, just as she was about to stand up, her Mom gently pulled her back to her seat.

"So?!"

"Technically this is working hours" she replied

"What if I suddenly need to drink tea, or I suddenly get hungry and I need food," she said before finally turning to me.

"Like I need to eat pancakes or pasta?!"

"What do I do then ?!" She asked again and crossed her legs.

"I'm in a hurry please I'm begging you " I begged desperately but she just crossed her hands across her chest and exhaled deeply.

"If you can provide credible answers to my question then you can leave " she replied

"Ignore her please," her Mom intervened quickly.

"You can go," she said and I sighed in relief.

"Just make sure you're back early " she added.

"Thank you so much.

ma'am " I said as I rushed out.

"Y'all keep making me look like I'm crazy and a bad person!"
