5-Training

Seth POV.

The morning classes were too much to take, beta Emmett kept on going about bonding with the pack and how this bond could save us while it felt like a break of privacy for me, having everyone inside my head felt wrong for some reason.

When the class finally ended I was ready for a nap, but I couldn't take one, instead, we sat outside in the living room all three of us talking until lunchtime.

"It's so cool, it's like I can feel my wolf," Kyler says all too excited.

"Don't call him though the alpha would kill you!" River says.

"Have you seen alpha Rowan in action when he ordered my wolf to come out, I just ran forward and felt like I belong," Kyler says.

"No alpha Aiden is the one who made me shift, he didn't really have to talk his presence made my wolf jump forward it was like one second I was human the next I became a wolf standing on all four," River answers didn't happen to me, I just remember the pain and then blacking out.

"I never felt as free as I did when I went wolf, I don't remember what my colour was, I should have looked at my paws," Kyler whines, they went wolf and were conscious are they lying?

"Yeah me neither, I didn't think of it," River answers him with a shrug before turning to me.

"Who got your wolf to come out?" River asks me.

"Uhh...alpha Rowan I think," I answer him, he sweet-talked my wolf, and things went dark before I went wolf, I can't remember shit.

"How was it!" Kyler asks still excited.

"Painful, like my whole body was broken and reassembled," I say, it's the truth everyone knows shifting for the first time hurt.

"Yeah, but the pain was over right away," River says with a shrug dismissing my pain.

"Being a wolf is worth the bit of pain we endured," Kyler adds, a bit of pain? That was the worse experience I ever had to go through, didn't they feel like I did?

"Lunch boys," alpha Rowan calls the three of us and we moved to the kitchen, eating our food in silence, again I was the one who ate the least of his food before joining the guys outside ready for the first physical training class.

My luck was starting to turn my way, seeing who the trainer was a big smile came into my mouth, I wanted to run and hug our instructor but one shake of the head had me frozen in place.

"My name is Captain Moira, I'll be the one training you along with the alphas and beta, my words are to be obeyed without a question," she says firmly looking at all three of us daring us to challenge her.

"We are wolves, we are tough we don't need shoes to protect our feet, nor clothes to keep us warm, we could endure anything," she says while the other two nod I was kind of worried about going without shoes.

"But we can't all jump and become number one, we need to go step by step, the trail is long and filled with obstacles but we can do it together, shoes are waiting for you by the backdoor put them on, bring a water bottle and follow me," she says and I could kiss her right now, I'm not looking to going barefoot.

We all picked up our shoes and water and started to follow Moira, she had running behind her, and she kept a steady pace talking with us encouraging us to go further while I was ready to fall down on my face, keep going, she says slowing down to match my pace.

"Hey little guy, how's it going?" She asks me in a low voice meant just for me.

"I'm tired," I whined but she's my trainer now, not my sister she can't just give me special treatment.

"It's okay, we're almost done, keep on pushing," she assures me with a smile before taking off quickly to match River and Kyler's pace making them run faster leaving me behind to catch on slowly.

"Drop and give me fifty," I hear my sister says, I have the hand of a worm, even before I shifted I could never do five push-ups, I can't do fifty!

"Moira," I whined out loud without meaning to.

"It's captain Moira, make them a hundred down," she yells at me, she never yell at me, I went down to my knees with tears filling my eyes, I tried to start the push-ups but my body was too weak to keep going after ten while the guys have reached the ninety mark.

"Keep going, keep going," she yells at all of us, by twenty I fell down on the floor unable to move anymore more tears threatening to come out.
