Oppression

The next morning..

Everyone had breakfast together except Paige, she was absent. Repeatedly, Nate kept on checking his wrist watch, waiting for Paige to come downstairs and eat her breakfast so that they could leave for work already.

As he waited, a message entered into his phone. He picked it up from the table with his right hand, at the same time, cleaning his mouth with a napkin. He strained his eyes to be sure of what he was seeing.

It was Dylan. He wished to meet with Nate when it's evening. He stood up, wanting to head upstairs to check on Paige.

"Pack some clothes for me. I'll be leaving for Paris"

"Really?" Quinn asked with excitement in her voice.

Nate frowned deeply, making her expression disappear. Hut it still didn't change. The fact that he was leaving for Paris made her so happy.

"I'll be leaving with Paige. It's a business meeting"

Kelvin's secret emotions was ruined after Nate announced his departure with Paige. He dropped his spoon and gulped water from his cup.
