CHAPTER 49

"Insane! Stop flirting with me while driving!" I immediately moved away from him, crossing my arms around my chest. "You're scaring me to death."

"I don't run fast," joshed Eli as he reaches for my hand to hold. "I'm sure our kiss is just too fast, it's so addictive-"

I didn't let him finish his words as I beat his arm softly. Given that he's just joking, it irritates me. But maybe, it's okay that both of us are fine. Our bonding is back, and I can hit him again like before.

I assumed that we're back to being a sweet couple, hoping that we'll never argue over Israel again.

"Hurry up, huh? Get over me right now," Eli said laughing, at the same time he kissed me on my forehead.

He's staying at my condo just for tonight. He said he was too lazy to go home to their house and pick up if he could just stay here at my condo for the night. It's not a big deal on my part since he's been spending his nights here
