"If you say another word against her, I'm going to fucking kill you!" Cedric glared at her.

Struggling to breathe, Zera stared at him in shock.

Stunned by what was going on, Aiken let go of her arms. Rita rushed in, horrified.

"Oh, my God, what the hell are you doing, Cedric? She's Zera, for Christ's sake!"

She rushed over and grabbed Cedric's hand. "Let her go, or you're going to kill her!"

Rita frantically continued, "She's one of us, Cedric. How could you treat her like this for the sake of a woman you didn't even care about?"

Cedric scoffed, unmoved.

Maia said, "Cedric, your wound!"

He let go of Zera and said, "Get the fuck out of here!"

Rita helped Zera up from the floor and pulled her away. "Zera, come with me!"
