~Speechless~

Aria was speechless and at the same time hyperventilating as every single breath was being knocked right out of her lungs. She continued to blink rapidly as she slowly began to registered all the words he has just said in her head.

Gosh, she knew this day would come when someone will ask her to be his girlfriend. She had dreamt about this day and even cried about it too but she never imagined it would be this special. Or should I say unexpected?

And when she finally found her voice, she said the only word hanging on the tip of her tongue.

"Yes!_yes, I will be your girlfriend" she half yelled and squealed.

Reaching across the table, he cupped her face in between his palm and kissed her long and hard before pulling away.

I bet he has been wanting to do that all evening.

"Thank you"  he beamed at her.

Picking up his glass of champagne, he raised it to her.

"I want to make a toast"

"Okay" holding hers with a s
