Aria arrived very late at work that very day but was lucky not to have received any query. Her boss was still in a happy mood which was why he didn't pay mind to her rushing through the hall way like a deer before she quickly dashed into her office and locked herself in with a sigh.
She settled down in her winged chair before reaching for her bag to grab her cellphone. She had sent Frank a message on her way to work and was hoping for maybe a reply but was disappointed when she checked her message box and including her WhatsApp and saw nothing.
