"Now, the employee you all said was not qualified to be my PA, prepared this," Aiden said and there was pin-dropped silence in the room. "Now tell me, college or no college, is she or is she not qualified for the position offered her?" he asked.

"If she prepared the proposal, I think she is qualified to occupy the position," the finance manager replied.

"The PA I chose will be working with me. Same way I interviewed every one of you here to work with me. I gave you a chance without judging you. I expect you to do the same. What matters most is not the certificate but the knowledge and skills the individual possessed which is useful to the business," Aiden said and all the managers went silent. "We have enrolled employees on the six-month programme to sharpen their skills and also get them certificates for the paperwork. So why the sudden judgemental attitude?" he asked.

"Apologies, sir," said the finance manager and one after the other the managers present apologized including Mr Ha
