Julia's eyes were going around the room, trying to understand where she was and why. She pushed herself to sit up on the bed. Her eyes quickly moved towards the direction of the door when she heard a door creaking sound, and it was followed by the door opening slowly. Jason ended the call and turned to look at Julia, who had finally managed to fall asleep. He sat on the sofa watching her. "Sir, I couldn't get to Ms Harrison, but she is safe now," reported the man. "Who saved her?" Mr Dickson asked. "She lives with some two gentlemen, they came to her rescue," the man reported. "Okay, go back to our initial plan," Mr Dickson said and ended the call, assuming the rescuers included her husband and probably her husband's relative. "Do it now," Jason commanded and Mr Dickson grabbed his phone and dialled the number of the guy he asked to spy on Julia. "Put it on loudspeaker," Jason commanded coldly. At 6 pm, Jason's plane landed in Florida, meanwhile, Julia was lying on the bed, eyes wide open and wondering why Jason did that to her. Jason, after going through the checkpoints, hailed a cab to what used to be his apartment. It was 8.30 p.m. when he arrived. Nothing had changed about the apartment. Jason went to sit next to Julia and held her hand in his. His tears rolled down his cheeks. He stayed by her side all through the night till morning. Julia had woken up a couple of times all through the night till morning but she went back to sleep after a few minutes. Jason knew Julia didn't want to see him and he didn't want Julia to see him in tears, so he decided to leave before the effect of the medication wore off and she was fully awake. Jason paid the medical bills outside the ward in full to have Julia treated and bought a newly furnished apartment in Julia's name. He got her a housekeeper and instructed the housekeeper to take care of Julia. He booked a hotel for three days. It was past noon when he was done with getting the house and housekeeper.
