Victoria had just finished her shower. It was almost midnight. She sat by the French window and dried her hair.

She sent a message to Louis.

"I'm home."

After adding a goodnight emoji, she started checking her missed calls.

A few minutes earlier, Susan had called her. Victoria returned the call.

"Ms. Susan, you're up so late despite not feeling well," Victoria noted with concern. "Is it because of what happened today?"

Susan sounded weary. "Brighton's reputation can't withstand any more scandals, Vicky."

"You kept calling me. Are you trying to prevent tonight's news from spreading? But it's too late to stop it now," Victoria said.

Then, she continued firmly, "On my first day at Brighton, during the very first class, the teacher made harsh comments about my attire and said it did not meet the standards of an heiress.

"Nobody from class one, supposedly the best class in Brighton, stood up for me."
