Chapter 33 : A Step To The Past

Leonardo remained silent after hearing Angela's confession. "How come you hit him with a rock?"

"He wanted to rape me," Angela recalled, shaking her head. Leonardo gritted his teeth as he listened to Angela's story. She was certain she had killed Fredrick, but she needed to be certain. So, she asked Leonardo for permission to return to the cliff. But Leonardo had decided to accompany her.

The ground where Fredrick was bloodily lying was wet from the rain, and he was nowhere to be found. Angela was tortured by not knowing what happened to Fredrick.
