"Gemma, hey." Gage leaves his arm around my waist and hugged his sister briefly.

But her eyes were super glued on me and she wasn't even paying attention to Gage talking and hugging her. The way her serious eyes look at me could kill.

"I see it that you've introduced her to everyone aside from me." She tells him.

Gage looked remorseful before he faced me.

"This is Tate. She's my... Friend." Gage introduced me to her.

She looks at me impassively but I still tried to smile at her even though I kind of have the feeling that she doesn't want me near around her little brother Gage. I just wanted to be polite to her even though I was already nervous as hell deep down inside and even though she makes me feel like she loathes me.

"Tate, meet Gemma. My older sister." He gestured to her.

Gage kept his eyes glued on me and Gemma was looking at me too. I don't know why they're both looking at me like that.

"Hi." I finally said. "It's a pleasure to meet you." I offere
