chapter one hundred and sixty three

POV Hope:

The dawn still shrouded the world in semi-darkness when my father entered the room. With a gentle whisper, he called me, slowly pulling me out of the sleep's stupor. Rubbing my sleepy eyes, I felt a mild apprehension. It was still too early, and the sun hadn't even begun to rise on the horizon.

"Wake up, Hope," The voice of the Supreme Alpha cut through the predawn silence.

"Why are you calling at this hour?" I asked, somewhat confused.

He replied calmly, "I warned you I'd come back to get you. You've had enough time to rest. Now it's time to train."

He explained that it was the time when warriors woke up for training, and if I wanted to develop my abilities and master my inner wolf, I needed to train with the other young ones. I got out of bed, still half-asleep, and went to the bathroom to wash my face.
