Cecily Turner has grown up fighting against the pack that killed her mother, the ones that seek to over power every pack before taking out the King of Werewolves. She's known for her skills and her strength. Eleven years into the on going battle, her small world of well fought peace is broken when the Prince comes looking for answers. He's as well known as she is and everyone but her cowers at his feet. Cecily is taken to the King and being the only female fighter in the world, she doesn't make life easy for Austin. Cecily discovers that the battle against Red Blood is a global threat; it's not just her pack that suffers. But when Red Blood's Alpha has his eyes set on Cecily, everything takes a turn for the worst. When the weight of the world hangs on her shoulders, Cecily has to accept her duty which is no longer the fighter she wants to be. Austin needs a Queen for when he's King and the world needs a someone to put an end to Red Blood. The battle against Red Blood grows seemingly more ruthless and working together with Austin, Cecily fights to put Red Blood down for good. But will that be enough? Will Cecily take her place as Luna beside Austin and his Queen? Only the Moon Goddess knows for sure.

"Cecily Turner, you are in so much trouble!" I hear Austin's voice shout from the doorway. The whole pack freezes at the sound of his Alpha voice and I can't help but giggle. Ryan and Rick give me looks that mean I've done something stupid."Am I now, Alpha Black?" I call back to him playfully. Suddenly a rush of kids come into the hall, smiling giddily and laughing."We caught him, Luna! We pushed him over and tackled him down!" the small boy from before comes over to me, jumping up and down with excitement. Fortunately for me, no one comes into the office. Austin and I sit in our own little worlds of work relating to safeguarding of Black Shadow. I slowly sit up and find Cecily curled up on the couch with only her clothes to cover her.
