With just a knock on his office door, she opened it and went in. His sensual masculine scent which was a combination of musk, amber, and leatherwood filled the atmosphere. Alexandra always loved to inhale this fragrance anytime she was around him or whenever he walked past her office but that didn’t matter to her this time around as she was tensed up with the fear of being queried or losing her job.

“Yes Sir,” Alexandra said nervously when she got into Kirklin Jefferson’s office.

Kirklin didn’t look up at her as he purposely avoided meeting her eyes because his smile always betrayed his stern look whenever he looked at her. So he said to her while not looking up “Reschedule tomorrow’s meeting for Saturday; 11 a.m.”

“Okay Sir, any other thing?” She replied

“I’ve signed off on your Executive Report. Get your Secretary to scan to Executives Kamala, Dave, and Matthew of Gems Group H/Q and
