The lady sat in the Conference Room with the other Executives. During the meeting, Kirklin asked series of questions as he needed to make clarifications from the documents she had given him earlier. The back and forth questions warranted that she goes back into his office to explain and they made quick progress with the meeting afterwards.

At the end of the meeting, every one of the Executives introduced themselves to Kirklin and he requested that the chatty lady schedules a meeting for him to meet with each of the executives and their departmental staff.

The Executives were happy at the witty level of intelligence of their new boss and they were ready to work with him to make the organization succeed.

After the meeting; while still in his office, Kirklin looked at the lady who was busy typing away on her laptop that she brought into his office and he asked "What are you doing?"
