Blakeley stared at the meals on the table with a broken heart, she knew making him a meal wasn't a huge way of appreciating what he did but she wanted to try.

“But they aren't so bad.” She muttered as tears welled up in the corner of her eyes, she slowly picked out of the fries on a plate and ate it. She sniffed as the tears rolled down, she felt embarrassed and heartbroken.

With a heavy heart, Blakeley managed to eat a little and walk out of the dining room, she already stopped crying but still felt sad. She decided to ignore what Alex said to her. She wouldn't let him ruin her day, so far, it has been the best day of her life.

She walked up the stairs and headed to her room to have a good night's rest. The day was over already.
