“He didn’t kill those security men!”

I yelled right back at Bernardo. I heard the collective gasp from the men who just arrived and I knew I shouldn’t have yelled at the alpha king in front of his pack members but he was being insensitive and yelling at me without letting me explain.

At first, I just wanted to heal the masked monster man but when I touched him, I saw what he had been up to when he entered Sophie’s mansion. He wasn’t the one she was hiding from. He saved her. At first, I couldn’t believe it because he was the only one at the scene and he was carrying her away when I stopped him.

My visions couldn’t have been wrong though! He didn’t kill those men! The real culprit was still around somewhere or maybe he left but I just don’t know yet.

“What did you just say?”

Bernardo asked me in disbelief. Yeah, I wasn’t surprised that he didn’t believe me. He would think I was trying to lie and save him since I already stopped him from killing him.

“He isn’t the one you should
