Waking Up Beside A Stranger

A party was what Lisa had decided to do with the rest of her Sunday night. She knew it was a bad idea, with school the next day, and drinking should be the last thing on her mind. The fact that she was already feeling drunk didn't make any of this better; she could hardly stand on her feet.

"Lisa, Hey Lisa, didn't you say you wanted to pee? You better go now before the place gets too crowded again," a familiar voice said to her. Emily had to yell over the loud music to be heard. She wasn't drunk one bit because she could hold down alcohol a lot better than Lisa.

"Righhht. I'll be right back, don't go anywhere," Lisa slurred. God, it was torture trying not to stumble, especially when the " Is there another reason you married my mother? Because i know for certain that you don't love her "

Crystal blue eyes stared at her, for a moment she thought he wouldn't respond. " Yes " he said simply

" Why? "

" To get to you "

A simple one night stand leads to something far more dangerous than any of them would have thought. Lisa slept with her professor, the powerful Alpha of the Blood Moon pack, Multi-Billionaire and now her stepfather.

One dangerous Mistake, and now neither of them can stop the strong attraction between them. Their love is forbidden, but a mating bond can hardly be revoked.

was spinning. She managed, however, because she was such a bad bitch. She somehow found herself in an elevator heading towards the top floor where all the rich people stayed at. This was a fancy hotel of some sort, one someone like her could never afford to stay at, but Amelia Carter had a rich stepdad who paid for all her expenses, the lucky piece of s***. No wonder she thought she was better than everyone else.

"Where the heck is this?" Lisa looked around; there was nothing much to see except for fancy painted walls with beautiful paintings, potted plants, and doors. Oh, one of them led to the restroom. Moving her legs felt like a difficult task; she wanted nothing more at this moment than to lay on the floor and go to sleep, but she really needed to pee or she might just blow up. She picked the first door she saw, something along the line of 149 painted over it, whatever that meant. It had a fancy-looking golden doorknob, strange for a bathroom when you think about it. She pulled on it, and surprisingly the door gave way. She peered inside curiously to see a luxurious living room; this was clearly not a bathroom.

She walked inside still, because if she couldn't pee, she might as well nap on the sofa, and that was exactly what she did. She crawled into the heavenly sofa and fell asleep. It was so comfortable that all thoughts of relieving herself left her. She was almost asleep, but there was the sound of footsteps that kept her awake. She pried her eyes open and met a pair of hazel eyes glaring down at her. The displeasure on this man's face made her think she had murdered his entire family. She didn't even know this guy; why was he looking down at her with so much dislike?

"Hi," Lisa waved at him, hoping it would make him stop looking at her that way. It only made it worse.

"Get out. You are intruding," he growled in a voice that was deep and sultry. So damn seductive. "Get out or I'll get security."

"Nah, I like this couch. I'm going to nap first, and then we can talk about security." Lisa ignored the man's presence completely and went back to sleep. She was probably going to regret this tomorrow, but whatever.

The next morning, Lisa woke up with a headache that could kill. The first thing she noticed was that she was in an unfamiliar room and a bed with the softest bed sheets she had ever used. The first thing she did was look down at herself in panic; thankfully, she was still dressed in her clothes, and there was no hickey or bite mark on her body. There was also no discomfort; she sighed in relief. Whoever had helped her yesterday hadn't been a one-night stand; she was still a virgin and would love to keep it that way.

She pushed herself to her feet and made her way out of the apartment. She couldn't remember the sheet from last night, and it was best she got the hell out of there. After making it out of the hotel, she realized she had no cash on her, so there was no other option than to walk home. It was going to be a long journey, but it was not like she hadn't walked home before. Her mom was still off on a business trip, and her sister might be in school by now; none of them would notice her absence. She knew Emily well enough to be sure that she went back with her boyfriend to his house. She wouldn't know about her not spending the night at home.

Lisa's heart nearly jumped out of her chest when a car zoomed past her; she had been too lost in her thoughts to notice it earlier. But she realized that she wasn't even standing by the road yet; she had almost gotten hit. Her ass was hurting so much because she fell on it. It was surprising when the car that had almost murdered her reversed back until it was parked beside her. She felt anger boiling inside her as she approached the luxurious car, banging on the tinted windows.
