Another two months pass by and things slowly get back to normal. I learned that after the attack, something was found inside Simon that put him into paralysis. I know that it was my wave. Tristian told me that the Shadow Society placed the blame on him, saying that he was responsible for not taking care of the academy well, but later reasoning made it clear that Simon was the headmaster of the Academy for a very long time. He killed the founder, making it look like an accident and then played his cards to capture the Academy. And the Shadow Society was the one who granted his request to be the headmaster of the Academy. Which means that it was their fault, not Tristian's. Rather he was investigating this case for a very long time and wanted to throw off Simon from his position, but no matter what he did, Simon proved to be not guilty and the Shadow Society rather supported Simon.
So, the decision was made that due to the poor reasoning skills of
Hello beautiful readers. Finally we come to the end of this journey. I'm grateful to you all for being with me through it and giving your love to Tristian and Aurora. I apologise for the mistakes I have made. I will definitely edit this story to make it even better. Though this is not the end of my journey here. I would be sticking around, writing more books. If you enjoy werewolf stories, then check out my latest book "Chased By The Dark Alpha". Last but not the least, it would be great if you leave a small message on how your reading experience has been in the reviews. I would be eager to read them. Thank you once again for sticking around. Love you all. ~Pixie
"Breathe." I repeat. The scraped wooden door stands in front of me, awaiting my decision. I have to do this. My quivering fingers stop at the cold doorknob. Will they catch me? The knot in my stomach grows tighter with the thought. "Come on,Aurora. If it gets too late,we will be caught." Sia my wolf reminds me and I twist the knob. The door makes a creaking noise as I slightly pull it. I hope no one hears it because of the rain outside. Darkness embraces my eyes, fervent cold wind biting at my skin. The pitter-patter of rain and the smell of wet soil are the only elements that wrap my werewolf senses. Dad's guards must be on the front side of the mansion, protecting their costly suits from drenching. I exhale, releasing all my tension and step outside. My black cloak protects me from drenching and rain boots make a squeaking sound as I step over the puddles. Cold dampness shrouds my body, making me grimace at the weather.
"Here we are!" Alex parks in front of Melbourne Airport. I hop out of the back seat, my chest expanding for some air. Tessa's clothes are comfortable. Not really the type I wear usually. I'm more into fancy, fashionable clothes, while Tessa likes to keep it simple. But for now, I'm just grateful for how soft the fabric feels against my skin. Alex pulls out all the luggage from the car dicky and closes the shutter with a thud. "Is she coming?" Tessa asks Alex impatiently. "She should. Witches keep their word when they feel they can trust a handsome warlock." A lopsided grin shapes Alex's lips. Meanwhile, I scan the crowded airport, searching for any tanned, curly-haired brunette wearing necklaces in the crowd. As per Alex's description. A decent description. Almost. I look down at the ground and sigh. This is such a drastic decision. A part of me feels guilty for leaving Mom and my little brother behind. But I
Mild cold breeze hits my freckled cheeks and blows off a few rebellious strands of my hair in front of my face as we pass through the streets of London. I am finally here. It feels a bit weird as I never travelled anywhere without my parents. They never permitted me to travel the world without them. I wished they did. It was sad to see other girls of my age posting pics and vlogs of different places. Responsibilities and family respect were the only boundaries of my world travel. "Mhmm. I can smell fresh bread and cream. This place is so delicious." Tessa comments on the roadside bakery that the car passes through. "Delicious place? Are you talking about the shops or the road?" Alex teases her. Tessa jabs on his belly, getting a groan from him in response. "Ouch! Keep your super strength away from yesterday's dinner. It's still digesting inside." Alex rubs his belly to ease the pain and th
"Welcome to SpellMoon Academy. I'm Jessica, a member of the Full Moon Pack." A pair of deep blue eyes scrutinize us, especially me. And it is to measure the competition standing in front of her. I love the mean head girls of the other academies. It is fun to throw them from that position. She arches her well-shaped eyebrow at me, measuring the challenge I throw at her. "I've been told to show you both the girl's dorm. Come with me." She gives me a long stare before turning her back in swift grace at us. We both start following and I saunter beside her. The blondie observes me through the corner of her eyes. The main hall arches above into two huge staircases that lead to the same floor. Strange. Why not keep one staircase? "The left staircase is for the Professors and members of the Full Moon Pack. You both are going to use this one." She says as if reading my mind. Can she read my mind?
Why me? Why did this happen to me? I ran away from my home only to jump in the lap of the person I was running from. All my efforts… The Alpha checks me out from top to bottom, making me feel conscious of my attire and the revealing sections of my clothing. Tears swell up my eyes. No! This can't be happening. This should be a nightmare. But it isn't. He's standing a few inches away from me, his lips moving apart to speak what I dread the most. I can't be his property! I'll run away again if necessary. Closing my eyes shut, I wait for my impending doom to fall upon me. He'll claim me as his. "Nachos?" Huh? I flick my eyes open, not allowing my tears to slide down my face. He holds a packet of chips in front of me, munching some himself. "What?" Astonishment and doubt cloud my mind. &
You know how it feels like when you put your life, respect into risk just to escape the monster that's coming for you but then you learn that the monster wasn't actually interested in eating you?All my efforts went into the drain! And there's one guy I want to blame it all for."You!" I snap like a twig. Or maybe a log. Twigs are weak. I'm not.Tristian raises his scarred eyebrow in confusion.I failed to notice it before, but how did he get it?Argh! This guy single handedly ruined my life but he doesn't even know or care. And all I can think about is his scarred eyebrow?Well,he will care.Soon."You just ruined my reputation in front my family!" I point at him with my index finger, not c
Warm rays of sunlight scatter through the canopy of the forest, shedding it's warmth on my body as I pass the trees with Tessa on my side."I can't be the Luna of Blood Moon Pack." Sadness grips over me, latching to me like my bestie."Why? Just because Tristian is the Alpha of the pack, doesn't mean that you become his mate as Luna. You know the Luna here means-""I know what Luna here refers to,Tess. But that's not the issue. There's something I need to tell you." I speak as we walk towards the open land bordered by the forest trees around us.All the werewolf students of the academy have gathered like flocks of sheep around the area, contemplating on their fate. And he'll be here too.I look around the crowd, searching for two familiar faces.Don't get me wrong. But I'm just curious abo
