Kat's POV I was surrounded by darkness, like I had been swallowed up by it. I couldn’t feel anything. I was completely weightless, floating in a huge void. “Cara?” I reached out for her. No response. Ryan's POV I felt like I was on fire! Still half asleep, I struggled to understand what was happening. Why did I feel like I was being burned alive? Ryan's POV This is what I had been missing, what I had been looking for to fill that empty void inside me. Kat truly was my angel. My saving grace. Just being in her presence made me feel complete. We had the best day just spending time together. Every time I looked at Reegan, he had the same massive grin on his face that I’d been wearing all day. He looked more relaxed and carefree than I’ve seen him in a long time. As much as he tried to make us all believe he enjoyed playing the fuck-boy role, I always knew it was just a façade.
