Playing the marriage

"Listen, Elijah, I have something important to tell you." Helena said, getting serious. Elijah frowned after hearing her. 

"Yes, ma'am?" He asked and waited for her to disclose another of her wicked plans.

"I recently found out that my husband had a clause made before he died." She said with a dark look crossing her face and she is getting angrier. There he mentioned that his grandchild from his son from first marriage will have some extra privilege. Which is, whether he or she wins the race or not, she will get an estate worth a billion dollars, if only…" She trailed off and a sick smirk appeared on her face. "... She stays in a marriage for one year. No divorce should happen before one year of her marriage." She said with the same smirk which widened by second. 

Elijah looked at her in confusion even though clearly understood what she was pointing at.
