CHAPTER FIVE

Phill

My guard contacted me to inform me that he had gotten my guards to surround Bella.

I was almost close to the airport when he called.

"Good. Just keep her there. You'll see me soon," I said.

As soon as the car stopped, I dashed out of the car, racing into the airport.

All my mind and my heart were on Bella. I needed to see her and this boy with her.

When I got there I saw Bella raging at the guards, ordering them to move away.

The sight of her beauty struck me. It's been six years since I last saw her, and she's looking like a goddess.

"Who are you, people?" She yelled, holding her son close.

My guards tried to keep her calm, but she wouldn't budge. I noticed another group of men in suits showing up to fight off my men.

This got me drawing closer at once.

"Stop!" I ordered them to stop.

Bella looked at me quickly, giving a strange stare, like one who wasn't surprised to see me.

Seems she already knew it was me through the guards.

"Bella? Is this how you say hello after disappearing for six years?" I asked, drawing closer to her.

She drew back with her son, holding him near.

"Where have you been, Bella? Why did you have to act like you were going to die? Was that your plan to teach me a lesson for all the past torments or what?" I asked, but she didn't answer me.

"Mommy, who is this?" The little one asked, looking scared of me.

His voice sounded so soothing, and his face...

"Whose child is this?" I asked, unable to wipe off the striking resemblance this boy has with me.

He looks just like me from my childhood. There's no doubt that this boy is mine.

But how?

That's when I recalled the night I slept with Bella for the first time during the one-month deal. She must have taken in around that time and carried my child in her womb.

But I needed to hear from her.

"Is he my son? "

"Who are you?" She questioned me, leaving me stunned.

"Why do you keep on calling me Bella? Listen here, Mr., my name isn't Bella but Brittany. I am Brittany Callaway," she revealed, glaring at me.

"Brittany Callaway?" I uttered, trying to remember where I had heard that name from.

"I am not this Bella you speak of, and this is not your son! How dare you stop me from leaving the airport?! How dare you?!" She yelled out, getting more attention from us.

This felt strange as Bella yelled at me like one filled with fire. Her behavior looked nothing like the Bella I know, but her face...

"No, you are Bella. You used to be my wife six years ago. You left after we divorced."

"I am Brittany Callaway, for heaven's sake!" She sparked out.

Her guards drew closer to protect her.

When I saw this, I was beginning to have doubts about this lady being Bella. The number of guards and the reaction of passersby towards her got me wondering if I had cornered the wrong person.

"It's Brittany Callaway!"

"Oh my gosh! She's here! "

They took out their phones, snapping at Bella.

"No, this can't be. You are Bella, " I believed, not doubt, that she was indeed the same Bella I was married to.

But she wasn't going to agree with me. She kept denying me, and this got me annoyed with her behaviour.

"I am not ready for this nonsense. You are coming with me, Bella," I decided, grabbing Bella by the hand.

"Let go of me!" She yelled.

Her guards tried to stop me, but my guards were there to protect me.

Just as I was taking a stubborn Bella and her son with me, someone grabbed me by the shoulder, turning me over.

When I looked, I was stunned to see a familiar face.

Dean Callaway is a billionaire just like me, but higher than my level. I have tried multiple ways to get him to work with me, but with no luck.

What's he doing here?

"Where are we headed with my wife and son?" He asked, pulling Bella and the little one closer to himself.

Bella gladly held him as Dean shielded both her and the boy.

"Your wife?" I asked, finding this surprising.

"Hey, Nicole. How is my boy doing?" Dean drew Bella's son close, calling him by his name.

Now the name Brittany Callaway came ringing in my head, finally giving me the answer to the question I once asked.

She's the same Brittany Callaway Isabel always copies her style on the internet without seeing her face.

Bella is Brittany Callaway!

"What is going on here? Brittany, do you know this man? " Dean asked Bella, calling her Brittany.

She looked at me and said, "No, I don't know him. He just came and stopped me from leaving, claiming I'm his wife."

"You're his wife? That's hilarious," Dean laughed, looking at me.

"Maybe my wife looks like your wife. After all, many ladies want to be like Brittany, " Dean said to me, holding both Bella and her son.

"Please, let's leave this place. I want to head home now. She requested, clinging to Dean's arm

This left me staring in anger. How come she's Brittany Callaway?

Bella and Dean left my side with the little one. The little boy took one look at me and gave me a wave, mouthing goodbye.

That left my heart yearning for him.

"This can't be possible. There's no way Bella has a lookalike. This has to be Bella," I said, watching them go.

My guards stood beside me, apologizing for mistaking someone else for my first wife.

But I know for sure that this is Bella

"She is just pretending not to know me. She's the one!" I groaned, feeling frustrated.

"And that boy..." I placed his name, Nicole, in my memory.

"This is not some kind of coincidence. No, I must get to the bottom of this at once. Brittany or Bella... I must know.”
