"Answer him before his knees develop blisters"

Someone shouted from the crowd.

"Don't tell me that you won't be my wife"

Mervin raised his brows and Crystal dropped her hand from her mouth.

She touched Mervin's shoulder and said," If I will not be your wife, who else will…"

Mervin stood up and pulled Crystal into his arms. He did not let her finish her statement. It was obvious to him that Crystal's statement would end with a 'yes'.

"Thank you so much, Crystal"

He whispered into Crystal's ears. He pulled off the hug and took out the necklace from the box. C and M were embroidered on it.

Crystal could not help but smile as Mervin put the shiny necklace around her neck. She has seen these types of necklaces in dramas and never in her life did she ever thought she would get one. It was a total nightmare that she never stopped gawking at it.

"It's so beautiful," she mumbled slowly.

She touched the embroidered letter. Her eyes were sparkling and butterflies were flying in her tummy.
