*KINCAID'S P.O.V*

"I WONDERED IF you would be escorting me to the meeting or you would be following your mate," Kincaid snapped as he buttoned up his tuxedo.

Liam smiled, not paying attention to the anger in Kincaid's voice. "I will be taking her with me to our pack when we are done here..." He said, adjusting his tie. "Or maybe, we'll both go to her pack first, then from there we'll all go home."

Kincaid snorted. He understood his friend's joy, but he could not help but feel a little apprehensive. It was like the mate bond was robbing Liam of all his indepth reasoning.

"Come," Liam said. "We are going to be late."

Dressed in an expensive Italian three piece tuxedo with lithe gold chains dripping from the breast pocket, his appearance was confident and powerful. His long hair was carefully styled to frame his face and highlight his cheekbones and black eyes.
