Breakfast

I walked over to the door unsure of who was going to be behind it. Turns out Micheal can wake up early. He was leaning against the door frame, his hair hanging over his eyes as he looked down on me.

“We need to talk” He was serious which only made me nervous.

“Everything okay?” Lucas asked, walking over and placing his arm around my waist again.

“I just need to talk to Astrid. Don’t worry, she’ll be fine.” He answered without looking away from me.

“I worry for you, not her.” Lucas chuckled but let me go and pushed past Micheal. He turned around to look at me “I’ll get everyone up and we’ll start on breakfast for the troops. I’ll meet you there in a few minutes?”

I nodded at him watching him until he was no longer in my line of sight. I turned to look at Micheal who seemed to have never taken his eyes off of me. I walked back into the room and sat on the bed.

“What’s up?” I asked, genuinely curious.

“I had that vision again, Astrid.” He said walking towards me, his voice low
