I waited patiently for people to start coming through. Thoughts of doubt plagued my mind. I wasn’t sure how many people would come and fight with us. I needed a good number in order to really make a difference in this war. I was worried they would change their minds once they were here too. I stared at the portal, like an idiot, instead of getting things ready for when people did start to arrive.

About a minute later someone came through the portal. It was a bigger man, he had the figure of a bodybuilder. I walked over to him and welcomed him. I tried not to smile too much, just giving him a slight smirk instead. I needed to make sure these people would respect me.
