I stared at the computer screen in front of me, scrolling through the content of the website. I was concentrating solely on the screen and didn’t notice Roman creeping up from behind me until he touched my shoulder. “Roman” I said before falling into my chair and covering my face with my hands. “you’re not excited to see me?” he asked pulling my hands away and staring at me with a pout. I rolled out of my bed once i heard the alarm clock ring. I peered out of the window to see the sun rising in the horizon, it was pretty but my thoughts were somewhere else. Roman. i walked out of my room expeceting to find him in the kitchen but he wasn't there. I walked to his office, i spied him from the half open door talking on the phone and writing. I turned and headed down the stairs finding it necessary to give an apology and what could be better than breakfast in the office. I grabbed some waffle mix and pancake mix and began to make both of them. I added a bit of chocolate and strawberry. I served them in a plate, poured a glass of orange juice and some water before carrying the tray up the stairs to his office. Roman stood at the centre of the lobby, drawing the attention of all the employees. They seemed to be putting two and two together as they stared at him. I blushed a bloody crimson when I walked into the lobby and everyone stared. I walked past Roman and headed outside while he laughed. I entered the car and waited for him to enter too before the driver drove off. “were you embarrassed?” he asked chuckling. “no” I snapped and stared out of the window. He laughed again and I glared. We finally reached the house and I walked out without a word. I heard him following behind me with quick footsteps. I started to climb the stairs but he pulled me back and I fell hard against his chest. “I'm sorry” he murmured in a deep husky voice that sent shivers down my spine. “am I forgiven?” I pulled away from his hold and looked at him “yes” I replied. The sound of Justin Beiber filled the kitchen as I danced round mixing a bowl of pancake mix. Roman’s siblings were coming over and I thought it necessary to make a good impression on them so I decided to make breakfast and a couple of other things. I was done mixing the pancake batter when Roman came downstairs dressed like he was going to work. He looked at me in surprise for a second and I watched his eyes trail down my bare legs. I had worn only a crop top and shorts because the weather was very hot. “what’s the occasion?” he asked walking in and sitting on the counter. He stuck hiss hand into the pancake mix, and brought it to his lips in a slow sexual manner. I rolled my eyes and smacked his hand away. “you’re siblings are coming over” I reminded him. Kylie and Ronald came very early the next morning, I honestly wondered what reasonable advice Ronald could offer to wedding shopping. Roman wasn’t very happy about his siblings arrival though, he looked very annoyed and sulky as we got into the car. “stop being a child Romy” Kylie said just to annoy him further. “don’t call me that” he snapped looking out of the window. I woke up with a slight headache and that was enough indication to state that my day was not going to be good. I rolled out of my bed and headed for my bathroom to take a cold shower. I quickly wore my clothes and walked sown the stairs. I could hear conversation in the kitchen, I walked down the stairs slowly and hid by the wall. “we cant tell her now” one of them said. The entire house was quiet, considering I had many noisy brothers the quietude was very unsettling but I understood why. I sat at the edge of one chair in the living room of my fathers house, roman sitting beside me as we both watched a rerun of friends on the TV even though our minds were completely off. Matias sat in another chair staring into space and completely ignoring our presence. He hadn't spoken a word since we arrived earlier in the morning.
