I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off about me. It was as if a heavy weight was pressing down on my chest, making it hard to breathe. I tried to brush it off, but the feeling only grew stronger.

"What's going on? Am I sick?" I whispered to myself, confused by this unfamiliar sensation.
