Anthony’s POV

I stared at my cousin, who I have known to run her mouth and be a poke-noser, with a frown. I was not surprised that she was the one saying this. But what made me more worried was what she had said about the others suspecting something off. It wasn’t anything new to me or any family member. We were the type that was full of doubt first before believing anything due to how serious we were about life or any decisions.

“What are you talking about, Raina?” I asked and she put a shit eating grin on her face.

“Oh, come on, Anthony. You can fool others but not me,” she said and crossed her legs. “I know you are not the type to get into a relationship. Especially when you swore heaven and earth that you wouldn’t settle down. So, how come, you suddenly start dating someone out of the blue?”
