Keith had a brief meeting with Dave and Matthew and asked them to source for some of their competent staff to be redeployed to Kelsey’s company to manage it. He also informed them that going forward; both he and his wife would work more from a remote location rather than physically going to the office.

Dave and Matthew sorted out this request as soon as they got to the office on Monday and reported back to him.

Keith and Kelsey didn’t go to work on Monday so Matthew and the Training Manager in Kelsey’s company guided the newly assigned Director on how to go about the daily activities of the elaborate studio.

Matthew consistently supervised the new Director for one month and the business continued to wax strong. If there was one thing that Keith was blessed with, it’s the quality, dedication, and competence of his staff.

He and his wife spent time with each other and they also
