Forty-Eight

Keith released Matthew to go home after telling him about a blue-eyed lady he and Dave met at the hospital and Matthew promised both he and Dave would commence investigation on her immediately. He then went home and Keith moved back inside the mansion while dialing Dave’s number.

Although it was late at night, Dave was used to working and making official phone calls at odd hours. He had moved to the room close to his study in order to avoid distracting his wife especially at this nursing period that she needs to sleep at every possible opportunity.

On the first ring, he woke up to answer the call because he knew it must be work-related and important.

He looked at the screen…“Hello Sir”. He said as he adjusted his sleep voice.

“Sorry to disturb you, did you see that blue-eyed front desk lady when you went to pick up Madam and the twins from the hospital?” Keith ask
