Brooklyn's POV:

Margaret said her father, the pack on my grandfather's side, had a dangerous ritual to break the mate bond. But the price was that the werewolf who performs this ritual would become a wanderer. Such people were at the bottom class of the werewolf world and will be looked down upon.
