Part 2: Chapter Three

“Looks like someone has an admirer.” Destiny walked into my office with a bouquet of roses and handed them over to me. “I bet it's from Mr. Grayson.”

I took the bouquet with a confused expression. “Who brought this?”

“A girl from a flower shop delivered it just now,” she replied. “And it came with a card.”

Removing the white card that was attached to the flowers, I opened it and a smile crept on my face when I read the content.

Destiny came to stand behind me and read out, “I saw these beautiful flowers and immediately thought of your beautiful smile. I can't wait to see you tonight. Yours Jax.”

Before I went to bed that night, Jax called and we spent an hour talking about random things. We agreed to meet up for our date the following day since I was getting off work earlier.
