CHAPTER TEN

　　"Alpha Achilles" A gentle voice called, snapping Achilles from his slumber. He recognized the voice to be that of the maid who was in charge of cleaning his room every morning. As he tried to sit upright, he felt an extra weight on his body, particularly in his arms. He looked down and he was astonished to see a dark haired girl lying in them and sleeping like a new born baby. His eyes shot open in shock, his heart began palpating as he looked from the maid standing before him, who looked just as shocked as he was, and then back to the girl in his arms.

　　"Mayeva, come back later" He instructed the maid who immediately turned on her heels and left the bedroom with a thousand thoughts running in her mind.

　　Achilles kept looking at the girl in his arms as he tried to remember what happened last night. All he could recall was the fact that he saw the girl, who happened to be Bella, walk into his bedroom last night and they had had sex.

　　He wanted to scream, but on a second thought, he chose not to.

　　He was confused and furious at that same time.

　　How did Bella get into his bedroom?

　　Why was she there in the first place?

　　"Bella" He finally called and immediately, Bella's eyes opened up and the moment her eyes met with that of Alpha Achilles's, she screamed very loud and rolled off from the end, falling arduously on the rug on the floor.

　　Her heart began beating like a thousand drums and she had difficulties in breathing. Her current state of nakedness set all her nerves and emotions on fire and she was quivering like she had a fever.

　　She looked around the bedroom and indeed, it looked like an Alpha's bedroom

　　What the hell was she doing in the Alpha's bedroom and completely naked?

　　The soreness she felt between her thigh made her understand what had happened last night.

　　"Bella" Achilles's serious voice called out again but Bella did not shake from her spot. She sat up on her butt and snuggled her knees to her chest as she wrapped her arms around them and sobbed hard because she knew that was just the ned for her!

　　Her actions only further irritated Achilles.

　　He quietly stepped down from the bed and slid on his pair of shorts and as he did that, he mindlinked Diana to report to the bedroom immediately because he wasn't sure he would be able to handle the situation alone.

　　As he sauntered to the other side of the bed to meet Bella who was crying, he noticed a red stain on the bedsheets. A wave of pain and guilt cursed through his heart as he closed his eyes and heaved out a heavy sigh.

　　"What did I just do?" He whispered to himself as he walked on.

　　He met Bella in the curled up position, sobbing violently. He wanted to ask her many questions, but words failed him. The way she reacted when she saw him, the blood on the sheets and the way she was crying at that moment got him totally confused.

　　He didn't even know what to say or think.

　　"Bella" He called yet again and this time around, Bella looked up at him with her entire face drenched with tears, her eyes blazing red and her lips shaking.

　　"Alpha Achilles, I swear I have no idea how this happened… I… I…"

　　"Shhh…" Achilles cautioned and she immediately went mute.

　　He looked at the stain on the bed once more and gently shook his head as he sat on the rug well.

　　The only person who could tell him what was going on was Diana.

　　They both sat on the rug for a whole lot of minutes, peeking at each other at intervals, but not saying a single word. Bella decided to stop crying and Achilles took in upon himself to stare holes in her face.

　　Soon, the door screeched open and they both snapped their heads up to see who it was.

　　"Ace, I thought I've told you not…" Diana's words went back into her brain when she turned around and saw the scenario before her.

　　Her brother, half naked, sitting beside Bella who is totally naked and seemed to have been crying the entire night!

　　She opened her mouth to speak, but words failed her. She closed her mouth and breathed hard before walking towards them.

　　When she was close, she stopped on her tracks and looked from Bella to Achilles, completely dumbfounded.

　　"Words cannot begin to describe how stupefied I am right now. What the hell is going on here?" She asked aghast and Ace looked up at her.

　　"I was hoping you would know when you get here. After all, you are the witch."

　　"What do you mean by that? You are the one with a crying naked girl in your bedroom and blood stains on your sheets." She scolded as she pointed to the sheets on the bed. "What did you do you her?"

　　"I didn't do anything… I mean… yes… I mean, I did something…. We! … we did something, but I don't know how… I… Diana, you know me well…" Achilles stuttered as he rose up from the rug and stood tall before his sister. "I have never let a girl spend the night in my bedroom… I honestly don't know how this happened" He explained and his sister gave him a questioning look before looking down at Bella.

　　"Bella" She called and Bella immediately raised her head up to look at her her.

　　"Diana…" Bella answered with a sacred voice.

　　"Care to explain what is going on? How did you get in here?"

　　"I… I… honestly don't know. Last night…" sniffles tears. "I just found myself walking to nowhere and then I found myself here."

　　"What do you mean by that?" Achilles retorted. "That cannot be true! You did this on purpose! You seduced me!"

　　"No, I did not!" Bella defended firmly. "I would never think of doing something like that. Where would I even get such audacity!"

　　"Liar!"

　　"Stop it! Both of you, stop arguing! None of you is at fault here. I just understood what happened"

　　"Pray tell, what happened?" Achilles inquired but Diana just ignored him and waddled into his closet. Within a few seconds, she came back with one of his dressing robs, which she handed over to Bella, who happily covered up herself.

　　"Come on Bella, let's get you cleaned up and send you back home"

　　She said as she took Bella by the hand and led her out of the bedroom, leaving Achilles even more confused.

　　"What exactly happened?" He asked rhetorically as he looked around.

　　He still had not understood how everything had unfolded, but he was certain that Diana knew and would explain to him sooner or later.

　　"Do you think he is mad at me?" Bella asked softly as Diana gently assisted her put on the new clothes she had brought for her.

　　Last night resulted in Achilles shredding Bella's clothes into pieces.

　　"Well… if I am to be honest with you, he is. He thinks you seduced him and I know my brother all too well. A detailed explanation will to be given before that thought leaves his mind."

　　"I really didn't" Bella defended once more.

　　"I know you did not. You don't have to worry, I will talk to him"

　　"I really have to get going right now, my mistress will be very mad at me if she sends for me and I don't show up"

　　"Bella, you just lost your innocence to a strange man and all you can think of right now is how mad your mistress will be if she finds out that you are not around?"

　　"Trust me Diana, I am devastated at the fact, but what can I do? I slept with the Alpha and he thinks I seduced him. I don't even have the courage to talk with him about this." She explained sadly and Diana shook her head.

　　"This didn't just happen for nothing. I know the moon goddess has a plan, but for now, I need you to go home and spread no word about this."

　　"I will gladly do that" Bella responded. She was done dressing up and all she wanted to do was go back home and commence with her daily routines.

　　"That will be after breakfast"

　　"Breakfast?"

　　"Yes, I'm not letting you leave with an empty stomach. Come on, everything must be set my now" Diana urged as she began walking out of the bedroom, Bella wanted to protest, but she knew Diana would not listen to her lamentations.

　　Also, it was already late and Louisa would have already noticed her absence. She knew she was going to get beaten when she returned home, so she decided to have one royal breakfast before walking into her doom.
