Chapter 6
From the day he saw me with Rayn in the cafe he was getting more on my nerves. I fully-fledged ignored him for the whole month but that day luck was not on my side.
The day our Hate war officially started.
Ryan kept being my good friend even after that parking lot incident. I said sorry to him so many times and he accepted all of them with his sweet smile in return taking a promise of not talking about that day anymore.
He knows I was blaming myself for that day. From that day I knew he was a very nice guy. In a month we became very good friends. He was not like other jocks of our high school, arrogant, rude, and not like 'him'.

That day I should have taken his advice and not tempted his beast but I think it was too late for me to take precautions because I had already tempted his beast. I stayed like that on the floor until I felt a little good. Then I went back to my locker room to collect all my belongings. When I was done with putting my hoodie back on my body I headed back to my apartment with an exhausted body and mind. Entering my apartment I went directly to my bathroom while throwing my bag on the couch to take a relaxing bath to soothe my exhausted muscles. "I'll be there on time to pick you up" he yelled in his dark voice when dad started the car. I just looked at him in anger. I tried to give him my brave face but inside my heart was running wild. I don't know what he will do once I come to live in Miller's house. The car ride was silent but inside me, a big storm of bubbles was erupting ready to burst any time. We reached home and I couldn't hold this storm inside me any longer. "Dad, I can live on my own in the penthouses. I don't need anyone to take care of me please tell aunt Sam that I won't be coming tomorrow" I said as we reached near the door. "Tell her yourself," he said with a knowing smile and went inside the house ignoring me. He knew I wouldn't be able to refuse her.

He made my trip and fell flat on the floor by putting his leg in my path. I looked angrily at him. He was standing there with his hands in his pocket. "Welcome to hell my ugly duckling," he said with a cocky smirk. Saying that he started going away from me towards his room. There was a promise in his words which was screaming that he will make my stay here a hell. The hell I will let him take his revenge on me. I will make his life hell too. He thinks he can dominate me just because I'm in his den then he's wrong. "Nina sweety what are you doing on the floor" aunty Sam's voice made me come out of my cold-blooded murdering plans and look at her. "Let me help you" saying that she came to help me stand not bothering that her clothes will get colored because of me.

Taking support of the wall I made my numb body stable while pressing my back to it. Lifting my left hand I saw there was a bright red bruise on it. Then I moved my eyes to my bare shoulder. Where a bright red mark was present. It made me swallow hard. His words made my heart beat fast in fear of what he would do to make me lose. Taking a deep breath I tried to slow my heartbeat. I took a few more deep breaths to calm myself but I couldn't control the bitterness in my heart.
