Chapter One Hundred-Seven
On Thursday morning, a day to Roman's birthday, I send him a text message to leave his schedule after school clear and free because I have a surprise planned for him. His reply made me laugh.
Sexiest Man Alive: Please tell me the surprise involves a lot of movement on a bed with little to no clothes on?? Wink emoji
I chuckle at the words on my phone screen before responding.
Me: How about you clear up your schedule after school and you get to find out..?
His reply is instant.

After school I send another text message to Roman asking him to come and pick me up at my house. I would have preferred to pick him up from his and drive to where I have the surprise planned out but the fear of running into Roman's father after the last encounter keeps me away.
