Chapter Fifty Five

The book in my hands held more information than I had ever seen in one place. The book foretold an enemy to werewolves unlike any we had faced before. Not only was it one of our own, but the truest packs would be the main targets. The medallions were forged long ago to help defeat the threat when the time came. As I looked at the words staring back at me from the pages, I couldn't help the feeling of worry growing heavier in my chest with each passing sentence.

"Rina, you don't look like you are feeling very well," Arion's worried voice broke through my thoughts. "I think you need to take a break."

I sighed, "I think you are right, I am going to put this back for now but we will have to come back soon," I said knowing I would hold the book again.
