Porter smiled as he finished the song and walked straight to Janine who’s still in awe of everything that’s happening.
It’s complete. He’s finally complete.
“Come again?” He asked as he held her arms, in disbelief of what she just said. He, too, is in awe of everything.
Janine looked into his eyes and smiled sweetly. “Yes, Porter. I’m going to marry you.” She repeated.
Porter smiled and pulled her in for a kiss. He didn’t want to kiss her in front of her parents but his urges are killing him. He wants her lips. He wants to own her. If possible, he wants to take her. If only he could do that now.
“I love you, you know that, right?” He asked her as he connected their foreheads. “I’m going to tell you how much I love from this day forward.”
Janine smiled and hugged him tight. Everything was worth it. All the pain, all the sacrifices, everything. Porter is
Porter cupped her cheeks as he deepened his kiss. Janine couldn’t ask for more. All she needs is L right now. All she needs is to be by his side and everything will fall into place.“Our room is finished, Baby.” He spoke. “Can I take you there?” He asked carefully.Janine looked into his eyes and nodded.Porter smiled and took her hand into his, leading her upstairs to their room. Sure, he just wanted to show her every corner of the house but she’s making it hard for him. They stopped in front of a brown door. Porter smiled at her and turned the knob. “This is going to be our room, Baby.” He spoke as he unveiled the huge room with a king-size bed. The window was huge just like of those castles and palaces in the movies. It is designed. Even without questions, Janine would know that the room is designed. She entered the room and savored the depths of it. “This…” she couldn’t ev
Porter fixed his tie as he waited outside the church. It’s his wedding day. It’s the day he’s been waiting for all of his life, the day when he marries and starts his forever with the woman he loves.“Agit.” Serge muttered beside him.Porter glared at him. “You don’t know the feeling, fucker.” He snapped at him.Serge laughed at his best friend. “You’re so nervous that Janine won’t come to your wedding!” He beamed and laughed together with their friends.“Serge is right, Porter. You’re so anxious. Loosen up!” Hunter beamed.Porter rolled his eyes at his friends. “Whatever, assholes.” He muttered and looked at his watch.Kellan walked beside him. “Is this alright?” He asked.Porter looked at him. “What do you mean?” He asked.Kellan shrugged. “You, getting married without a family attending. Are you
“I’m not leaving you alone.” Porter hissed at Janine as he pinned her to the wall. His face was just inches from hers. “I’m not leaving you alone when I know you like me too.” He breathed.Janine looked at Porter with hesitation. Does she want this? She didn’t know. All she knew was her heart beats fast around Porter. Her heart thumps loud when he’s close. But this is wrong.“We can’t do this.” She replied with her voice trembling. “I have a boyfriend.” She tried to sound firm and pretend to not be intimidated with Porter’s piercing stare.Porter smirked as he leaned even closer. One wrong move and his lips would reach hers.“Don’t I make you nervous when I lean this close?” He asked her with his eyes owning hers.Janine wanted to look away. She wanted to push him away because that’s the right thing to do. But Porter’s stare was
“How is my baby girl?”Johann asked Janine with the widest smile he could give. That certain kind of smile that even though you’re not in the best mood of the day, you will be. You have no choice but to be.Janine smiled back as she fixed her earphones and positioned her iPad in a better angle. Yes. Johann is not in Korea. He’s abroad to finish his Master’s Degree in Architecture. He was there for a year and he is expected to come back home after another year.It was hard – being in a long-distance relationship but Janine and Johann are doing everything to make it work. It’s pure hard work but every simple sacrifice is worth it.Maybe Absence really makes the heart grow fonder. And that’s why even with each passing day that they are away from each other, their heart and love for each other is not wavered. They are sure about it.“I’m good.” Janine replied. “I j
“Porter, why are you not dressed yet?”Serge asked his best friend. Porter’s living with his friends in a big pad in an exclusive condominium. It was a dream for their friendship. And though it may seem gay that 7 people live in a huge pad, they didn’t care. Staying together is better than staying at home with their parents who nagged them a lot.Porter sighed and got up from bed. “I don’t really want to go to work.” He told his best friend.Serge threw him his shaver but Porter shielded using the pillow. “You better get up now, man. Or you will get fired on your first day!” He told him before going inside the bathroom.Porter rolled his eyes. “Then how the hell do I take a bath when he’s inside the bathroom? Aish.” He muttered as he took his clothes and went to the youngest’s room.“Porter!” Oliver beamed as Porter entered his room. “I thought it’
Janine was muttering a series of curses under her breath as she stepped out of the police station. How could this happen to her? How dare they accuse her of jaywalking? The Police Station is not Janine Kwon’s style. Meh.“Tss. So much for the first day of work.” She heard Porter Kim mutter behind her. She glanced at him and glared.Too much talk for someone who almost killed her, right? He doesn’t have the right to talk like that! He almost killed Janine.Janine looked away and shook her head as she walked on, leaving this reckless driver behind. She better not see his face ever again. Or all hell will break loose. She walked fast to grab a cab and hurry to the office because she just remembered that today is the day that the new boss, new supervisor, would come to work. She shut her eyes in utter annoyance. If the new boss reprimands her, there’s no one to blame but that Porter Kim, who led her to the po
“He’s the worst guy I have ever met in my whole life!!!!”Janine ranted as Johann watched her with a big smile on his face. She didn’t know why he is smiling. Is he celebrating for someone’s misfortune? Huh!“Don’t smile at me!” She whined as she pouted and crossed her arms across her chest.Johann chuckled from the screen. “Come on! Your boss can’t be that bad!” He beamed, trying to cheer her up. As much as Janine looks really cute and sexy when she’s mad, he doesn’t want to see her stressed and agitated with her annoyance in someone else.Heck, Johann is jealous with even that tinsy bit of attention that Janine is giving on someone.Janine rolled her eyes. Well, what does Johann know anyway? Of course he doesn’t know that she almost got run by a car by this same person. She didn’t want to tell him because if she did, then, Johann will be the one ranting on h
“Do you understand, Ms. Kwon?”Mr. Han, the disciplinary officer in the company, asked Janine.Janine nodded, half-heartedly. She still doesn’t get why she has to write a real Letter of Apology when in fact, she’s the victim here. How could someone, let alone a supervisor, aim to do that? She’s not his secretary for crying out loud.Mr. Han sighed as he kept the Letter of Apology that Janine made. The first one made L mad so, he reported it to the disciplinary council – to Janine’s displeasure, of course.“Okay,” he told her. “You may go now.” Then he continued to examine some papers.Janine sighed and bowed before him before leaving his office. As she came out of the door, she already saw Porter smirking on her. She immediately felt the urge to kick him in the balls. He’s so despicable! How could he be this evil?“Went well?” Porter asked her. His voi
