SKYLAR'S POV:-

Adam stepped into the room and I smiled. But for the first time in six months after our wedding, he did not smile back at me. He shut the door and came to the bed. He sat down in the bed, facing the wall. He did not look at me. He did not come to me, or did not wink at me. He did not even peck my forehead. It was pretty unusual of him to do so. Even though our marriage was quite arranged and at least I did not know that he was my mate. Even though we never really got along ever. But still, after our marriage, he was too different.
