CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE

I returned from lectures some days later and had lunch, before proceeding too study my notes from the day’s lecture. It was past seven in the evening that same day when I decided to go jogging. I jogged around the field facing my hostel lock before heading to New Girls hostel. From New Girls hostel, I continued towards the roundabout and before taking a break at the Chills restaurant. I walked inside the restaurant, purchased a small bottle of water and sipped it in small amounts.

I’d barely sat on one of the stools for a minute when I heard the familiar voice and giggle of one of my female course mates.
