Chapter Sixteen: In His Arms

I wake up in a bed I do not know, but it smells amazing. Jax's scent is everywhere around me, burying my face into the pillow. I breathe deeper. Its strong smell threatens to put me back to sleep. I'm taken aback by the softness. The blanket is fluffy and thick too, making me feel even more comfortable. Stretching and rolling over, I looked around me. This room is incredible. Its massive size with stunning stone grays and blacks accenting walls, a white couch. The curtains were drawn, the deep black blocking the sun like an eclipse, little lines of sun breaking through and dancing their way into the room. The bed I'm lying on is massive and has dark charcoal black sheets and pillows with a stone gray blanket lying overtop. Massive book shelves cover a wall next to the couch and fireplace, the fire dancing like little orange fairies sparkling into the chimney.
